What also worked was your model and creed of paying attention to your client’s needs. We had such a swift and smooth closing because you listened to our needs and wishes up front. Your “VIP Buyer Profile System” really works. We bought the first home that you showed us because it was exactly what we wanted, and you were able to get us qualified for a home loan and escrow closed so we could move in by the end of the month. Just 26 Days, Wow! One month we were renters and the very next month, we were homeowners. That has to be a record!
Call it God, the right cards on the table, the planets aligned, luck, fate, destiny… that initial email that we sent to you, and then your email back, Dale, that you thought we could qualify to buy a home, was a miracle and an open door to us getting us out of the rut of a one bedroom apartment that we thought we were stuck in for the foreseeable future.
We also want to express much gratitude to you for answering all of our questions, via telephone and email, at the drop of a hat. Thank you also for showing up at the escrow company and supporting us when we had to sign all of the paperwork documents, and pushing for all the “garbage fees” to be removed from the closing statement costs and for fighting so hard to get a reasonable premium for hazard insurance. I had it listed for sale with another agent for over four months and we only got one offer to buy it during that entire time. That offer was so ridiculously low that I didn’t even consider it as serious.

My husband and I called your office because we had been renting a home for ten years and the owner of the property had informed us that he was putting the house up for sale. He gave us a 60-Day Notice to vacate. Needless to say, we were blindsided by this news and we had no idea what we were going to do.
Initially we asked you to help us find another home to rent and you asked us, “Why don’t you want to buy a house so this doesn’t ever happen to you again?” We laughed and appreciated your suggestion, but we didn’t think we could ever buy a home with real estate prices being so high.
You put us in touch with a loan specialist that you work with and after just three days, he informed us that he could qualify us for a mortgage loan up to $550,000. He showed us what the monthly payment would be and it was actually less than what we had been paying for rent. We couldn’t believe it!

Because we live in Virginia, selling our home in California seemed almost impossible at first, but after talking with you about it, you made us feel confident in your services.
When the military sent me to Japan, we hired New Start Home Rentals to be our Property Manager and you did such a great job for us.
